Do you quote for your services?
Yes and we view all property’s before we offer a quote, allowing us to give a more personalised and detailed service but most of all a more accurate price. For more information on pricing view our pricing guide
Can you quote using photos/video?
In some circumstances where visiting the property is not possible we may be able to offer a quote based on photos or video but there will be caveats attached to this and it is assessed on a case by case basis. In person quoting is always preferred.

How much does cleaning cost?
Each job is priced individually and it is very difficult to give a set price or estimation without seeing a property. For more information see our pricing guide
Is there an additional charge for the eco-friendly product’s?
No, our commitment to eco-conscious cleaning doesn’t come with extra costs. We use environmentally friendly products as part of our standard service.
Is there a minimum cost to your services?
The minimum cost / service varies depending on the type of cleaning service. We can discuss the details during the consultation to accommodate your needs. In general however two hours is the minimum time frame we work upon.
How do I pay?
Our preferred payment option is via bank transfer (BACS) once you have been invoiced for the work. All payment and bank details will be included on the invoice.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we are transparent about our pricing. What you see in the quote is what you pay unless we have discussed factors with you, such as quoting via photo/video. However this is always explained and clearly set out on our quotes.
What if I am not happy with the standard of work?
Your satisfaction is paramount! While we aim for perfection, we understand that occasional oversights can happen. If you find any aspect of our cleaning service not up to your expectations, please inform us within 24 hours. Your feedback is invaluable and enables us to promptly address any concerns, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
